How to activate Intersection-Intersection Communication

- This version supports Port-Detector communication among intersections.

- Put the file "PortDetMappingTable.json" under the Aimsun folder like other files exported from Aimsun Exporter.
	+ the file name should not be changed, otherwise it can't be read properly. 
	+ If you have multiple intersections, the file only need to be put into any Aimsun folder once.  

- Configurate the PortDetMappingTable.json like in the example, using your own intersection date.

- Start the simulation
